1. Acceptance
By placing an order on noctip.com, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Products
All products are for personal and domestic use. Images are representative but may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices include VAT for EU shipments. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Shipping
We process and ship orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery in Europe: 6-9 business days. Express shipping available at checkout. Tracking included on all orders.
5. Returns
You have 30 days from receipt to return any product. If you are not satisfied, contact support and we arrange pickup and a full refund.
6. Warranty
All our products come with a 30-night trial guarantee. If the product does not meet your expectations, we refund the full amount.
7. Limitation of Liability
Noctip is not responsible for misuse of the products. See the usage instructions included in each package.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on noctip.com (texts, images, design) is the property of Noctip and is protected by intellectual property legislation.
